Investment volume for new technological implementation made up UAH 12,3mln for the year 2013
Results of investment projects as for implementation of new technologies in production in the year 2013 were summarized by “Zaporozhtransformator” PJSC. Five projects on sum UAH 12,3 mln. were implemented at the company for the last 12months of the last year.
Projects are intended to increase efficiency of production processes, modernize equipment, improve production competitiveness.
In the year 2013 within the investment program automatic line for production of disc sheets (sections) of shunt reactors TRKA by «Georg» company, Germany was put into operation at the magnetic core workshop. Automatic line is intended for cutting electric steel sheets with thickness 0,23-0,35mm as well as production of shunt reactor disc sheets. In accordance with ZTR specialists opinion implementation of new line for sheet production permitted to exclude manual labour at disc sector stacking, improve accuracy of sheet production, reduce cycle of disc production, provide quality of manufactured production as well as stability at the execution of production schedules without violation of contract terms. Project price made up more than UAH 11 mln.
Paper-cutting machine MRB-02, manufactured by RF, was implemented in the year 2013; it cuts all applicable types of paper and its price made up more than UAH 900 thnds. All type of paper used at the production of the transformers and reactors: cable, crepe, cardboard of common application, thickness up to 0.5mm could be cut of high quality by means of this new equipment.
Vacuum lifting machine – VLM manufactured by “FEZER”, Germany for laminated cardboard shifting was purchased as well as implemented last year within realization of new technologies. Laminated cardboard sheets with mass up to 1000kg are transported by means of this equipment, it significantly simplifies preparation to material transportation and improves labour efficiency. Project price made up approximately UAH 100 thnds. Devices of small-size mechanization for shifting of sheets, workpieces, residuals of laminated cardboard as well as transportation of specified materials were also purchased.
Investment as well as implementation of new projects are continued by ZTR on the ground of system base. Mounting, start-up as well as commissioning of 5-leg treatment center manufactured by CMS, Italy are completed within investment realization of the year 2014. Implementation of modern, efficient equipment for cardboard and laminate treatment - 4 –sided moulding machine manufactured by Weinig, Germany as well as sawing machine manufactured by Comec, Italy are scheduled for the near future, and milling center manufactured by EiMa, Germany – second half of the current year. It will provide complex technical re-equipment of insulation production.
Implementation of new equipment is another step to improve quality, increase effectiveness as well as improve competitiveness of ZTR production.
