CRM-system was implemented by ZTR

CRM-system (Customer Relationship Management System) was implemented by PJSC “Zaporozhtransformator” (ZTR). Automatic system of interrelation control with clients will permit to increase sales level of the company, optimize marketing and improve customer support.

Process of CRM-system implementation was started in July 2010. One of the main backgrounds to start the project was intensive rivalry in the market and as the result, improvement of sales service in the successful functioning of the company. For this purpose it was necessary to use new effective tools such as CRM-system for work.

Customer Relationship Management provides collection, keeping and review of information on consumers, customers, partners and internal process of the company. Simple control of sales business-process, guaranteed check of execution of assigned tasks, low aggregated value of ownership and return of investments are considered to be advantage.

ZTR created working group for the purpose of CRM implementation. Adjustment and testing of the control system was performed jointly with the consultant of «Innoware Ukraine» company. Specialists of PJSC “ZTR” completed adjustment and testing of system prototype in autumn of the year 2011. Parallel to these processes system was installed in ZTR and its representative offices.

Due to CRM-system, employees of the company optimized cooperation with clients by means of phones, e-mails, execution of activities, contacts in social networks and other communication links. Information on previous and planned cooperation with clients is accessible to the employees of PJSC “ZTR” in any moment due to the only database.

“Zaporozhtransformator” actively applies investment technologies that assists to provide growth of labour effectiveness of company employees and as result increase of sales volume and optimization cooperation with clients. «We have found the opportunity to finance this serious project, – mentioned General director of PJSC “ZTR” Igor Kleyner. – For the present time sales service of the company has strategic tasks as for filling of order stock, that`s why it is required to use modern tools.”
