ZTR, being the global player in the market, especially considers establishing of long-term relationship with our clients and suppliers. For this purpose the WIN/WIN strategy is a guided for us. Annual increase of ZTR throughput and sales is inevitably resulted in the increase of purchase amount. In such circumstances, our results to a greater extent depend on the quality of components and due-time deliveries, effectiveness of logistics schemes, complete mutual understanding with our suppliers. Therefore we are anxious for winning 100% correspondence of delivery terms and quality.
ZTR has available an estimation plan of suppliers.
The following criteria are employed for our suppliers’ estimation:
- Reputation in the market.
- Quality.
- Financial stability and risks.
- Teamwork and assistance.
- Delivery terms as referred to competitors.
- Number of delayed deliveries within a year.
- Feedback.
- Work with orders.
- Agreement as for bonus granting.
- Contract wording part, etc.
