Public corporation ZTR aspires to take an active position in the life of its region: it is not only taxes and duties transferring to budget of different levels, employment assistance and social guaranties to its employees. The enterprise carries out charitable, sponsoring help on regular basis.

Among the most important projects is gasification of Verchhniaya Khortitsa, assistance to the Lenin regional veterans` organization of Ukraine, Children protection fund ‘Ukraine to children’, mercy (orphan) boarding school ‘NADIYA’, patronage of secondary schools, kindergartens, etc.
