ZTR Quality Management System has been introduced and functioning since 1995.

Compliance with ISO 9001, 2000 is confirmed by international and national certification bodies:

• SGS – in international certification system.
• Russian register – in GOST R system.
• UkrNIIMetCert – in UkrCEPRO system.

Uniform Management System of ZTR covers not only processes directly related to the product quality, but all essential processes including environmental management, labour protection, financial management. 

Ensuring of quality according to the world level is one of the company’s strategic objectives and it is completely obvious, why the quality issues are the priority for us. Product inspection system at the factory was totally revised: maintaining the traditional system of independent technical control, the main responsibility for quality control has been assigned to the first-hand executors. High level of quality is achieved by expert and responsible execution of work but not by total control.

We have established and always improve the united management system to interconnect the whole many-sided activity of the factory, aiming it to the requests of our Customers.

The transformers are tested using state-of-the-art equipment which has no match in CIS countries. To follow world-wide standards we are performing total reconstruction of our testing complex.

Skilled technical specialists are working in our subdivisions to be in contact with the customers. This ensures the highest level of service. Our business processes are aimed both to improvement of product quality and to speeding-up of the response to our Customers’ requests.
